Lake Arrowhead Internet Bookstore Looking for General Labor and Carpentry at Warehouse (Lake Arrowhead)
Full time warehouse general labor/facilitator/carpenter; general carpentry experience is absolutely necessary.
This is a position with duties which include the following warehouse activities:
Moving pallets via pallet jack
Tipping pallets via pallet tipper
Sorting books, moving books, shelving books
Constructing simple wood shelving for books
Constructing pallets from raw materials
Knowledge of tools such as drills, hammers, staple guns, saws and air compressors
We provide tools.
Need reliable, enthusiastic individual, someone for whom moving fast comes naturally.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a Valid CA Driver's License and be able to drive a large vehicle like a box truck.
This is a high energy position so being physically fit and able to stand all day is necessary.
Ability to read, write, and speak English -- as well as write neatly and legibly.
Basic math, and a full compliment of measurement skills are also required.
Ability to lift 60 lbs.
