Well capitalized real estate investment and development firm is expanding and seeking highly motivated individuals with strong analytic skills to join our team in the Lake Arrowhead, California office. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is master planning 25,000 acres on the coast of California.
The company is specifically seeking both an experienced and an entry level Financial Analyst. The desired candidate will have advanced skills in Excel, basic knowledge of accounting, and some pre-development real estate experience (not brokerage or construction). Minimum requirement is a B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, Math, or Environmental Studies. An advanced degree and/or relevant experience is a definite plus. For someone desiring to begin or advance a career in the field of real estate, land planning and development, this position presents a tremendous opportunity to learn the business and grow alongside the company.
